Vinification Blanc de Noir – what is that you may ask yourself? It is white wine made from red Pinot Noir grapes. How is that possible? Easy, you just separate the juice from the skins. It is the skins that give the wine its colour. When the juice is left to ferment along with the skins in the red wine making process the red colour from the grape skins slowly seeps into the juice hence making the rich red colour. The flesh of approximately 90 % of red grapes is white.
Tasting notes An impressive mix of the following aromas burst out of this complex wine – tropical fruits especially pineapple and mango followed by apples and sweet lolly pops and floral nuances take over your senses. A rich and harmonious wine. Superb!

When to drink and how to store Leave for a good 2 to 3 years and you will see it was well worth the wait. Depending on the vintage keep for up to 4 to 6 years.
